Project X
Results Disclaimer
Last updated: September 15, 2026
Short version
Figures describe a specific client over a specific measured period. They are not a prediction and not a guarantee. Individual results vary.
Results shown are historical and specific
Any performance figure, percentage, chart, screenshot, testimonial, or case study on this website describes historical information from a particular client, project, or measured period under specific conditions. Those conditions may include the client's market, offer, pricing, competition, sales process, team, budget, data quality, and measurement methods.
Past performance does not predict future performance. Project X Agency Corp. does not represent or guarantee that another business will achieve the same or similar results.
What we do not guarantee
Unless a signed services agreement expressly states otherwise, Project X does not guarantee:
- A specific number of leads, enquiries, calls, bookings, customers, sales, or enrolments
- A specific cost per lead, cost per acquisition, return on advertising spend, conversion rate, or profit
- A specific revenue amount, revenue increase, or growth rate
- That advertising or customer-acquisition performance will improve
- Any particular search ranking, map placement, reach, impression share, or platform placement
- A particular outcome within a specific timeframe
- Continuous availability, approval, or unchanged behaviour of any advertising, search, social, CRM, or analytics platform
If a signed services agreement includes a defined conditional guarantee, fee arrangement, or performance condition, that written provision applies only to that engagement and only on its stated terms. Nothing on this website expands or replaces it.
Why results vary
Customer-acquisition performance depends on factors that Project X can influence and factors it cannot control. These include:
- The client's offer, pricing, reputation, margins, capacity, and customer experience
- Competition, geography, seasonality, and broader market conditions
- Advertising budget, account history, tracking quality, and available data
- The client's speed and effectiveness in answering, following up with, qualifying, and closing leads
- Website performance, inventory, staffing, scheduling, and operational constraints
- Changes made by search engines, advertising platforms, social networks, browsers, regulators, or other third parties
Project X can design, operate, and improve parts of a customer-acquisition system. It cannot control every condition affecting the outcome.
Attribution is descriptive, not proof of sole causation
Where we show a before-and-after comparison, we are describing how recorded figures changed across two periods. Campaign restructuring or other Project X work may be one of several factors contributing to that change.
Unless expressly stated and supported by the measurement method, a comparison should not be read as proof that Project X's work alone caused the entire result.
Measurement definitions and limitations
Marketing and sales figures depend on the definitions, attribution settings, tracking tools, and CRM stages used during the measurement period.
For example, a downstream CRM stage such as a "finance-stage enrolment," "qualified lead," or "booked estimate" reflects the client's defined pipeline status. It may not represent a completed sale, collected revenue, or final customer.
Where a measurement period is partial, a cohort is still maturing, data is client-reported, or figures have not been independently audited, the surrounding case study or figure should be read in that context.
Client information, logos, and testimonials
Client names, logos, testimonials, and identifiable results are used with permission. Testimonials reflect the experience and opinion of the person who provided them and are presented without intentionally changing their meaning.
Where a client's identity or commercial information is confidential, information may be anonymized, aggregated, or redacted. Project X does not intentionally publish confidential client information without authorization.
Founder and company statistics
Figures describing Project X's track record—including years of experience, clients served, projects delivered, and cumulative revenue generated for clients—are cumulative historical summaries across multiple engagements and years.
They describe past work and are not a forecast, typical-results claim, or promise of what any individual client will achieve.
Revenue Efficiency Calculator
Any calculator on this website performs arithmetic using the figures and assumptions entered by the visitor. Its output is an estimate for educational and discussion purposes, not a forecast, valuation, financial model, or promise of savings, revenue, profit, or performance.
Calculator output may be inaccurate if the information entered is incomplete, estimated, inconsistent, or based on different measurement definitions.
No professional advice
Nothing on this website is legal, financial, accounting, tax, investment, or other regulated professional advice. You should obtain advice from an appropriately qualified professional before making decisions requiring that expertise.
