Project X
Terms of Use
Last updated: September 15, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of projectxagency.ca and its related pages (the "Website"), operated by Project X Agency Corp. ("Project X," "we," "us," or "our"), a British Columbia corporation based in Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada.
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Website or submit an enquiry. If you use the Website on behalf of a business or other organization, you represent that you have authority to act for it.
2. What this Website is
The Website provides general information about Project X, its approach, and services that may be available. It also allows visitors to use informational tools, submit an enquiry, and follow a link to schedule a call.
Website content is an invitation to discuss potential services. It is not, by itself, an offer capable of acceptance. Submitting a form, scheduling a call, receiving a response, or discussing a project does not create a client relationship or require either party to proceed.
A client relationship begins only when Project X and the client sign a written services agreement. That agreement will govern the engagement and will prevail over these Website terms if there is a conflict about the services covered by it.
We handle personal information submitted through the Website in accordance with our Privacy Policy. However, contacting us does not create solicitor-client, accountant-client, fiduciary, or other professional confidentiality. Do not send trade secrets, account credentials, regulated data, or other sensitive information before we agree in writing to receive it.
3. General information only
Website content—including strategy commentary, articles, examples, benchmarks, and calculator output—is general business information. It is not advice tailored to your business and is not legal, financial, accounting, tax, investment, or other regulated professional advice.
You are responsible for evaluating information in light of your own circumstances and obtaining appropriate professional advice where necessary.
4. Services, offers, and availability
Descriptions of services, pricing, availability, free work, limited-capacity offers, conditional fee arrangements, pilots, trials, or guarantees are subject to eligibility, capacity, due diligence, and the terms of a signed services agreement.
Project X may accept, decline, pause, modify, or withdraw a prospective offer before a services agreement is signed. A Website form or calendar booking does not reserve capacity or guarantee acceptance.
Where a signed services agreement contains a specific guarantee, fee condition, scope, qualification requirement, or client responsibility, that written provision governs. Website summaries do not expand or replace the signed provision.
5. Results, figures, testimonials, and case studies
Any result, figure, testimonial, or case study shown on the Website describes historical information from a specific client, project, or measurement period under particular conditions.
It is not a prediction of what will happen for you and is not a guarantee of future performance.
Advertising and customer-acquisition results depend on factors including market conditions, offer and pricing, competition, sales follow-up, budget, data quality, platform behaviour, and other circumstances outside Project X's control.
Our Results Disclaimer provides additional information and forms part of these terms.
6. Revenue Efficiency Calculator
The Website's Revenue Efficiency Calculator performs arithmetic using the values and assumptions entered by the visitor. It does not independently verify those inputs and does not forecast, value, model, or predict future performance.
Calculator output is an estimate for educational and discussion purposes. It should not be treated as a promise of savings, revenue, profit, leads, or any other result. The Calculator Disclaimer displayed on the calculator page and our Results Disclaimer both apply to calculator output and form part of these terms.
7. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the Website's text, design, layout, graphics, code, and original materials, as well as the Project X name and logo, are owned by Project X or used under licence and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may view the Website for your own lawful informational use and share links to publicly available pages. Without our prior written permission, you may not:
- Copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, license, or commercially exploit Website content
- Present Website content as your own
- Remove copyright, trademark, attribution, or proprietary notices
- Create a substantially similar commercial work from protected Website content
Client names, trademarks, and logos remain the property of their respective owners and are used with permission. No licence to use them is granted to Website visitors.
8. Acceptable use
When using the Website, you must not:
- Submit false, misleading, fraudulent, unlawful, or impersonated information
- Use the Website or its forms to send spam, unsolicited commercial messages, malware, or harmful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, accounts, data, infrastructure, or related systems
- Probe, scan, interfere with, overload, disrupt, reverse engineer, or circumvent Website security or functionality
- Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, reproduce, or systematically extract Website content or contact information without written permission
- Infringe another person's privacy, intellectual-property, contractual, or other legal rights
- Use the Website for an unlawful purpose
We may restrict access, block activity, or take other reasonable protective steps where we believe these terms have been violated or the Website is at risk.
9. Third-party services and links
The Website may link to or use third-party services, including Wix, Google Calendar, Google Meet, Google Tag Manager, and social-media or business-profile platforms.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control and are not responsible for their availability, content, security, accuracy, or privacy practices. A link does not mean that Project X endorses every statement, product, or service on the third-party site.
10. Website availability and changes
We try to keep the Website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation. The Website may be unavailable because of maintenance, third-party hosting, platform changes, technical failures, security incidents, or events outside our control.
We may correct, update, remove, suspend, or discontinue Website content or functionality without notice. We do not promise that all content will always be current, complete, or free of errors.
11. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without representations, warranties, or conditions of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or collateral.
Without limiting the previous paragraph, Project X does not warrant that:
- The Website will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- Website content will be complete, current, or suitable for a particular purpose
- Defects will be corrected immediately
- Use of the Website will produce any business, marketing, or financial result
Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty, condition, right, or remedy that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Project X Agency Corp. and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential loss arising from or connected with the Website or reliance on its content. This includes loss of profit, revenue, savings, data, goodwill, business opportunity, or anticipated benefit.
Project X is not responsible for loss caused by:
- Decisions made in reliance on general Website information or calculator output
- Inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by a visitor
- Third-party websites, services, platforms, or outages
- Unauthorized access or events beyond our reasonable control, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
13. Privacy
Our collection, use, disclosure, retention, and protection of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Subject to any rights that cannot lawfully be waived, disputes relating to the Website or these terms will be brought before the courts of British Columbia, and you submit to those courts' jurisdiction.
15. Severability and waiver
If a provision of these terms is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision or of our right to enforce it later.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
Where permitted by law, continued use of the Website after revised terms are posted means you accept the revised terms. Changes do not retroactively alter a signed services agreement.
