Short version — for use directly under any figure on the site

Figures describe a specific client over a specific measured period. They are not a prediction and not a guarantee. Individual results vary.

Results shown are historical and specific

Any performance figure, percentage, chart, screenshot or case study on this website describes what actually happened for a particular client, over a defined measurement period, under that client's specific conditions — their market, their offer, their pricing, their competitors, their sales team and their budget.

We do not predict, project or guarantee that any other business will achieve a similar outcome.

What we do not claim

Project X does not guarantee:

Why we cannot

Customer-acquisition performance depends on many things we do not control: your offer and pricing, the strength of your competition, your sales team's speed and skill at following up, your budget, seasonality, market conditions, and changes advertising platforms make to their own systems without notice.

We control the acquisition system. We do not control the market it operates in.

Attribution is descriptive, not causal

Where we show a before-and-after comparison, we are describing what the numbers did across two periods. Campaign restructuring is one of several factors that contribute to a change in performance. We do not present these figures as proof that our work alone caused the change, and you should not read them that way.

Measurement definitions

Where a figure counts a downstream stage — such as a "finance-stage enrolment" — that stage is a step in a client's own CRM pipeline. It is not a final customer and it is not revenue. Where a measurement period is partial or a cohort is still maturing, we say so rather than presenting an incomplete period as a finished result.

Client figures

Where we show a client's data, we do so with permission and, where the client's identity is confidential, in anonymised or redacted form. We do not publish confidential commercial figures without consent.

The founder statistics

Figures describing Project X's own track record — years of experience, businesses served, projects delivered, and cumulative revenue generated for clients — are cumulative historical summaries across multiple clients and years. They describe past work. They are not a forecast, and they are not a promise of what any single engagement will produce.
